Frequently Asked Questions
What is a worship service like at MMBC?
A typical worship service is a combination of singing, praying, reading, giving and preaching. The songs we sing, prayers we pray, scriptures we read, gifts we give and sermons we preach are all driven by the Word of God to the glory of God alone.
When we meet on the Lord's Day to worship God together, we come expecting the Holy Spirit to change our hearts through the elements presented above. Participating on Sunday alone is not enough, as we are called to follow Jesus daily. Worshiping alone Monday through Saturday is just as important as worshiping together on Sundays and when we are daily devoted to Him, He will honor that.
Do you have more than one worship service?
We have two different services on The Lord's Day: Morning Worship @ 10:30am and Evening Worship @ 6:30pm.
Do you have mid-week services?
On Wednesday evenings we offer a variety of ministry opportunities, studies and activities for all ages ranging from missions, Bible studies, music rehearsals and prayer meetings. For more information please contact the church office.
Do I need to dress a certain way?
We believe that our dress should reflect Christ. Here are two thoughts when addressing this concern:
1) If we are called to glorify God in all that we do, then we should glorify Him in our dress.
2) If corporate worship is solely focused on God, then we should not bring attention to ourselves with how we dress.

What's the best way to get to know people at our church?
One of the best ways to get to know others is to join a small group Sunday School or Bible Study. These small groups are currently available on Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Evenings.
