About this Ministry
Sunday School – Sundays 9:00AM
Available for children, birth through 5th grade. Children’s Sunday School classes are focused on developing knowledge of the Bible so that by the time they exit the 5th grade they are familiar with it’s contents, characters and themes.
Nursery – Sundays 10:30AM
Nursery is provided for infants through 3 years old during the worship services. Our well equipped nurseries provide a safe environment and are staffed by trained, dedicated, and caring volunteers. It is the desire of the preschool ministry to minister to the needs of our families by providing loving, compassionate, and Christian care to all of our preschool age children.
Children’s Church – Sundays 10:30AM (except 5th Sundays!)
Children’s Church is for 4 & 5 year old children. Children’s church is an optional time families may take advantage of during Sunday morning service for children who are not yet ready to participate in the larger worship gathering. For Children’s Church, children are dismissed part way through the morning worship service and then picked up from their classroom at the conclusion of service. Prior to drop off, kiosks are available in the hallway for parents to complete the necessary check-in (for convenience, this can be done before service). Our goal is to help parents equip their children to participate in the larger worship gathering by the time they turn 6.
Midweek Studies – Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30PM
(Midweek studies take a break during the winter holidays and summer break)
Wednesday evenings are an opportunity for Children 3yo – 5th Grade to participate in studies with larger groups. Children ages 3yo – Kindergarten receive a “second dose” of the Children’s Church lesson from Sunday to help them retain and understand the information. Children 1st – 5th grade utilize a curriculum meant to establish a foundation in the basics of Christian belief.
