On Sunday mornings @ 9:00am, we have Bible Studies available for all ages; children to adults, as well as nursery for our youngest attenders!
Our adult classes are broken into 12-week semesters. Our current semester began October 6 and runs through December 22, with a Sunday School breakfast scheduled for December 29!
This semester’s adult Sunday School classes are:
1 Timothy & Titus: Fighting the Good Fight (meeting in the library): Join Larry Weaver and examine how Paul’s firm commitment to the church as “the pillar and foundation of the truth” stands against the current. His letters to Timothy and Titus call us to reestablish the core beliefs of Christianity and affirm our convictions about the gospel.
Gentle and Lowly: The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers (meeting in room 206/208): Join Bob Kundrat and Cameron Bitzr as you explore the depths of Christ’s very heart for sinners, diving deep into Bible passages that speak of who Christ is and encouraging readers with the affections of Christ for his people. His longing heart for sinners comforts and sustains readers in their up-and-down lives.
Micah: Who is a God like you? (meeting in the Fellowship Hall): Join Pastor Spencer and walk through the book of Micah, listening to his message and what it means for us today. In short, Martin Luther summarizes the message of Micah well when he said, “his meaning is that even though Israel and Judah have to go to pieces, Christ will yet come and make all things good.”
We hope you’ll make plans to join us for one of these classes! If you have questions on any of these classes or need any other information, please reach out to Pastor Spencer at ssnow@mmbconline.org.
For additional information on any of our children’s or youth classes, please contact Pastor Scott at sslater@mmbconline.org.
